Latin Star Duets

About this playlist

Latin stars just hook up more -- musically speaking, we mean. Duets have become a constant feature of Spanish-speaking artists' albums, as well as the Latin charts. Most recently, Alejandro Fernandez and Christina Aguilera paired on the hit telenovela theme "Hoy Tengo Ganas de Ti," repeating the success of singing "couples" like Shakira and Alejandro Sanz, Ricky Martin and Chambao's La Mari, Paulina Rubio and Espinoza Paz, and Pitbull and … just about everyone. Even Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez, whose real-life romance failed, make beautiful music together. We've compiled almost two hours of memorable duets by Latin artists, including man-to-man collaborations by Calle 13 and Rubén Blades, Juan Luis Guerra and Romeo Santos, Santana and Mana, and Carlos Vives and Michel Teló; and May-December encounters from the likes of Mercedes Sosa and Jorge Drexler, and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs' Vicentico and Celia Cruz.
