Jump Down (Explicit Version)
Celebrity drummer-turned-hip-hop producer Travis Barker isn't one for subtlety. On his debut solo album, Give the Drummer Some, the onetime member of pop-punk lightning rod blink-182 mixes the drums loud and clear, just so you know he's the man behind starry confabs like "If You Want To" (with Pharrell and Lupe Fiasco) and "Can A Drummer Get Some" (with Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz and the Game). Still, these rap/rock tunes live and die on hooks and choruses. Some rise to the task, like Lil Jon's "Let's Go," while others stumble, like Cypress Hill's "Beat Goes On."
