Taste Of Honey
The spooky title cut of The Chemical Brothers' eighth album tells you everything you need to know about the duo, over two decades into their career. They made their name with big-beat bluster, but they're just as comfortable crafting psychedelic rave-ups ("I'll See You There"), leftfield pop ("Under Neon Lights"), hip-house anthems ("Go") and even wistful electropop ("Wide Open," featuring an unusually unguarded Beck). Fortunately, they're not afraid to bang it out, either. It's the finest, fullest realization of the band's ambitious vision in more than a decade.
