The Alchemist and Evidence promised this album for years, but you can hear why they marinated these songs. Anyone that enjoyed past Alchemist indie hits like Gangrene and Greneberg will dig into Lord Steppington's sweet spots like "More Wins," "Mums in the Garage," "See the Rich Man Play" and "Step Masters." Their brag raps are disposable, but who cares? It's all about sharp-shooter cameos from Action Bronson, Fashawn and Roc Marciano; crazily infectious slaps like "Swimteam Rastas" break down into three different samples, each better than the last.
