Q's first foray into straight R&B became a smash crossover hit. This one's drop-dead funky, with plenty of jazz legends laying out dance floor and bedroom grooves. The cool instrumental "Along Came Betty" (featuring Hubert Laws on flute) sounds amazingly like today's smooth Acid Jazz.
