While there are plenty of jewels left to plunder in Nitty Gritty Dirt band’s rich catalog, Certified Hits is a concise overview of the band’s best-known hits: "Fishin' in the Dark," "Mr. Bojangles," "An American Dream," "Make A Little Magic" and "Ripplin' Waters" are included here. Certified Hits is a fine way to get to know the group, and makes the perfect "go to" CD when nothing but the hits will do. And really at this price, who would complain about the favorites that might be missing.
