One of the few high-profile rap groups from Canada, the Dream Warriors (King Lou and Capitol Q) won high marks for their excellent and eclectic 1991 debut And Now, The Legacy Begins. Praised for their highly musical, diverse production and intelligent, witty lyrics, they recieved a Juno Award (Canada's Grammy equivalent) and were much-sweated by critics and heads alike. They left the spotlight for several years, returning in 1995 with Subliminal Situation and '96 with The Master Plan.
