On Tracy Byrd's fourth album, the Texas native doesn't stray from the traditional country of previous efforts. But this time out, Byrd seems more comfortable in his hat, even going so far as to poke fun at country folk and city slickers alike on the loosely played Western swing gem "Cowgirl." Byrd does an impressive job covering Johnny Paycheck's 1971 classic "Don't Take Her She's All I Got," while other highlights, like "Don't Love Make a Diamond Shine," "Good Ol' Fashion Love" and "Tucson Too Soon," add to the album's substantial appeal.
