Released:
Label: Hypnotize Minds Productions
Released under the alias Tear Da Club Up Thugs, CrazyNDaLazDayz is the second Three 6 Mafia album to imagine a Y2K apocalypse. The lyrics are bleak: the cult hit "Slob on My Knob" paints a prostitute's murder, and an abused woman meets the same fate on "A N*gga's Worst Downfall." DJ Paul and Juicy J usually shine on the beats, but these tracks are forgettable -- even "Hypnotize Cash Money," a promising duet between the Dirty South crews, falls flat. The few highlights include "Get Buck, Get Wild" and "Triple Six Clubhouse," the latter mimicking The Verve's "Bittersweet Symphony."
