Saliva keep the flame of classic rap metal alive on their sixth offering. Back at the dawn of the '00s, they made a name for themselves with the perfect prescription of hard rock, hip-hop beats and lots of "c'mon"s at the chorus, and they remain surprisingly close to that here. The best parts of Cinco Diablo ("My Own Worst Enemy" -- which features Shinedown singer Brent Smith -- "Judgment Day" and "Hunt You Down") wriggle with a previously dormant Southern sludge metal strut, but catchiness remains the bottom line. The idea isn't so much to get up and dance -- more to get up and break stuff.
