The third time out with guitar ninja Zakk Wylde, Ozzy's seventh studio album is not the return to form that No More Tears was. It is, however, a perfectly serviceable Ozzy record, meaning it sounds good when you play it loud, and really, its release was just an excuse to catch up with his tour and hear him play Sabbath songs. Aside from that, Wylde's playing is so Dimebag Darrell-riffic, you don't even notice when Ozzy's kind of sleepwalking through his lines. Key cut: "My Jekyll Doesn't Hide."
