About Michael Andrews
Michael Andrews is best known for his film scores, highlighted by the plaintive, somber song, "Mad World" which is featured in the fantastic cult film Donnie Darko. Andrews sings in a fragile, wavering voice, and sounds so much like Michael Stipe that anyone would swear that song was a R.E.M. cover. In 2006, Andrews released his first album of solo material, Hand On String.
