Released:
Label: Silver Arrow Records
The first album from Robinson's interim band while the Black Crowes take a break is about as close to a rock record as anyone's going to get in the '10s. For that matter, opener "Tulsa Yesterday" is the first time anybody has successfully combined Low Spark-era Traffic, Captain Beyond's first album and The Faces. Throughout the record, Black Crowes keyboard player Adam MacDougall consistently steals the show with runs that would make Billy Preston proud. For his part, Robinson sings like one of those dudes who supports the legalization of marijuana.
