After releasing the underground bumper Mr. Predictor, San Francisco native Young Cellski dropped the Young and quickly became a regular on the compilation circuit. After contributing to several projects, most notably Master P's West Coast Bad Boyz albums, he dropped a second solo LP and cemented his position in the Bay Area rap world. Cellski's burgeoning empire has been built from the ground up. Since he handles his own production, his freaky basslines and hi-hat riddled drum loops are tailored to his unique rhyme style, which somehow manages to cram in a few extra words at the end of each line without falling behind the beat. However, MCs from the Sick Wid It, Get Low, and R.B.L. camps find Cellski's Funk suits their proportions as well. In concert with his collaborative spirit, Cellski's tracks include guest stars from all across the Bay.
